We know assembling fitness equipment can be time-consuming and complex. To make things easier, Quality Master offers an optional professional assembly service, helping you set up your equipment quickly and safely.

Note: Assembly services are currently available for select products and in specific regions within Ontario. We are actively working to expand this service across Canada.

How to Purchase Assembly Service

  1. Visit the product page of the equipment you’d like to purchase.

  2. Enter your postal code to check if the assembly service is available in your area.

  3. If eligible, you’ll see the assembly fee displayed along with an “Add” button.

  4. Click “Add” to include the service with your order.

  5. Complete your purchase — the assembly fee will be processed together with your equipment order.

Please note: Assembly service is only available with local delivery. When this service is added to your cart, other shipping options will be disabled.

What’s Included in the Assembly Service

  • Delivery to Your Room of Choice: We’ll deliver the item(s) directly inside your home or garage. (Only items purchased with assembly service will be brought indoors.)

  • Unpacking & Inspection: Our team will unpack and inspect your equipment to ensure all parts are included and undamaged.

  • Professional Assembly: Equipment will be assembled according to manufacturer specifications to ensure proper setup and safety.

  • Clean-Up: We’ll remove and recycle packaging materials, leaving your space clean and organized.

What’s Not Included

  • Removal of Old Equipment: We do not remove or recycle old fitness equipment.

  • Wall or Floor Mounting: Mounting services are not included. For quotes on these additional services, please contact us.

Scheduling Your Assembly Service
After your order is placed, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery and assembly appointment at your convenience.
To streamline the process, both delivery and assembly are completed during the same visit, allowing you to start using your equipment right away.

  • Placement: Direct our delivery team to your preferred assembly location.

  • Accessibility: Ensure there’s a clear path from your driveway to the assembly area, free of obstacles and hazards.

    Assembly service is only available for selected eligible products.

  • What if I need to reschedule my assembly service?
    Contact our team at least 24 hours in advance to make changes to your scheduled appointment.

  • Is the assembly fee separate from the local delivery fee?
    Yes — the assembly service fee is charged separately from delivery charges.

  • If I order multiple items, will I be charged multiple assembly fees?
    Yes. Each item requiring assembly incurs an individual fee.

  • Can assembly fees vary between products?
    Yes — fees depend on equipment type and complexity.
