Quality Master In‑Store Pickup Policy

Checking Availability
Select your preferred store location before browsing our product catalog. Each item will display its availability at the chosen location as well as for online purchase.
To check stock at other stores, click on the desired product. A tool will appear showing stock levels across nearby locations. Select Store Details for more information.

Placing an Order
When you proceed to checkout, locate the Delivery Method section (not available on the cart page). Choose Pick‑Up, then select your preferred store location. Continue to the payment page to complete your order.
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, pickup location, and detailed instructions.

Scheduling
Once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification email confirming that it’s available.
Please pick up your order within 5 business days. Orders not collected within this timeframe—and without prior communication—may be canceled and refunded.

Picking Up Your Order
Visit the designated store during operating hours and bring the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Credit Card used for the purchase

  • A matching government‑issued ID

An in‑store associate will locate your order, verify the items, and ask for your signature upon pickup.

Pickup Policy
Pickups are strictly by cardholder only. The credit card used for the purchase and matching ID must be presented during pickup.
If these are not provided, Quality Master reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund (a 3% restocking fee may apply).

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, after which customers are contacted to confirm availability and schedule pickup. Orders must be collected within 5 business days of notification.
