Quality Master Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds
Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.
All returned products must be new, unused, and sealed in their original packaging. To keep prices low, we cannot accept returns for opened or unsealed merchandise, as these items cannot be credited back to the manufacturer.

To start a return, a Return Authorization is required. Please email us at info@qualitymaster.com with the following details:

  • Subject: Product Return Request

  • Body: Include your full name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective beyond repair, or is the wrong product and a satisfactory replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item (subject to availability). In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Quality Master.

For returns not due to our error (e.g., change of mind, product preferences, or declining a replacement part that resolves an issue), a refund will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund or replacement. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Final Sale Items
Certain products—such as gloves, straps, heart monitors, and belts—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Open Box Items
All open-box or refurbished items are sold as-is and are final sale. These are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Backordered Items
If your order includes a backordered item, Quality Master reserves the right to determine the most suitable fulfillment method based on estimated arrival time, item size, and weight. While we will do our best to provide an ETA, exact arrival dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and inform the delivery driver. Carefully inspect the contents for damage.
If any product is found damaged, contact our Customer Service Team at info@qualitymaster.com right away so we can file a courier claim. Please keep all packaging materials intact, as the courier may require them for inspection.
