Placing an Order
At the checkout screen, locate the Delivery Method section and select “Ship”. Enter your complete shipping address, then continue to the payment page and complete checkout as usual.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and delivery details.
Scheduling
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Once processed, one of our associates will contact you to schedule an exact delivery date and time.
Delivery
When your order is delivered within the scheduled time frame, please have the credit card used for purchase and a matching government-issued ID ready for verification.
Our associate will confirm your details and obtain your signature upon delivery.
Please note that all local deliveries are curbside only—products will be unloaded to your driveway or your building’s Shipping/Receiving area. Our team will not bring items inside.
Policy
Local delivery is available exclusively to customers located within a 250 km driving distance from our main warehouse in Toronto. Live delivery rates are accurate and final, with no additional fees.
Customers located beyond 250 km from our warehouse may choose from other available shipping options, such as FedEx or Canada Post.
The credit card used for purchase and a matching photo ID must be presented at delivery. If either is unavailable, Quality Master reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund (a restocking fee may apply).
All deliveries are curbside only—our drivers will not transport equipment inside the property.
