Quality Master Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and quantity of the packages, as well as the distance from our distribution center to the delivery address.
Free shipping is available for primary regions. Orders shipped outside these regions may incur additional charges.
To view shipping rates, simply add your items to the cart, enter your address, and select the “Calculate” option.

Delivery Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. We make every effort to ensure fast and reliable shipping. However, delivery times may be affected by seasonal demand or unforeseen events such as severe weather conditions.

Address Verification
For security purposes, we may request additional verification for orders where the billing and shipping addresses differ. In some cases, customers may need to add the shipping address as a secondary address with their credit card provider before completing the purchase.

Couriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Customers may choose their preferred courier during checkout. While we aim to honor all selections, we may substitute an equivalent courier service if required by logistical constraints.
Our shipping calculator provides estimated delivery times; however, these are not guaranteed as transit times may vary.

Oversized Items
Due to their size or weight, oversized products are shipped via freight carriers rather than standard couriers. Freight costs depend on both destination and total weight.
Oversized orders are shipped within 1–4 business days, and customers will be contacted in advance to schedule delivery. All freight deliveries are curbside only.

Tracking Information
Tracking details are emailed once an order is processed and become active after pickup by the courier. You can also access tracking numbers through the “My Account” section.
Please monitor your shipment to avoid delays—most couriers attempt delivery once before holding the item at a local depot. If a package is returned to our warehouse, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Multi-Box Shipments
To optimize packaging, multiple products may be combined into fewer boxes. Please open and inspect all received packages before reporting any missing items, as some boxes may contain multiple products.

Local Delivery Service
Local delivery is available to customers within a designated radius from our warehouse. Rates are final and include all costs—no additional fees apply.
Customers outside the delivery zone can select from available courier options.
For verification, the credit card used for payment and matching photo identification must be presented upon delivery. Orders may be canceled and refunded (restocking fees may apply) if verification is not possible.
Deliveries are made to the driveway or designated receiving area; our team does not move products indoors.

Local Pickups
For local pickups, customers must present the same credit card used for the transaction and valid photo identification. Missing documentation may result in order cancellation and a 3% restocking fee.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, and customers will be contacted to confirm pickup details. Orders must be collected within 5 business days to avoid a restocking fee.

Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and notify the driver immediately. Inspect the contents upon receipt—if damage is found, contact Customer Service within 30 days so we can initiate a courier claim. Please retain all packaging for possible inspection.

P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes for smaller packages within carrier-size limits. Larger or heavier items require a physical address for delivery.
