    Originally designed as a training tool for cross-country skiers, the SkiErg has been embraced by the fitness community for its ability to work legs, core and arms in a smooth, continuous motion. With the same flywheel and Performance Monitor as our RowErg, the SkiErg offers a unique workout that will build your strength and endurance. The SkiErg is suitable for athletes at all levels and is easily adapted to those with lower body injuries. PM5, Smartphone Cradle and Handle Hooks included.

    The motion of skiing is unique, offering significant upper body and core exercise while also engaging the lower body. As well as giving you a great workout, the SkiErg works the glutes, hamstrings, triceps, lats and shoulders in a way that other cardio workouts can’t.

Standard on every SkiErg, the monitor self-calibrates, allowing you to compare each pull, interval and workout, while the Concept2 Online Logbook allows you to easily store all your times, as well as compare yourself against other skiers worldwide in our world rankings.

    This well-built machine is designed to build your muscles and cardiovascular capacity. Manufactured with athletes in mind, the Concept2 SkiErg has an intuitive design, easy-to-use monitor, and small footprint that make it a sound investment for people all across the fitness spectrum.

    Standing Workout

    Adaptable for All

    The SkiErg provides a low impact exercise that is easy on the knees and ankles. It easily accommodates athletes with lower leg injuries: injured athletes can sit or kneel, while training at normal intensity and duration using just the upper body and core. It's a great training tool for adaptive athletes, too, and we offer an extra wide floor stand to suit most wheelchair users.
