Element Fitness Neutron FTS Smith

"What's up guys, it's Matt from The treadmill Factory. Today I want to show you one of my favourite pieces that we have here and that is the Neutron functional Smith.

So as you guys know a lot of people have been building home gyms in the last couple years, and many times it comes down to how much space one has for their home gym in their house.

So a lot of people like to put a rack and a cable machine because obviously on the rack, you can do compound presses and on the cable machine, you can do all your accessory movements.

Now, some people don't have the room for that. So that's why I like this so much because it kind of gives you the best of both worlds. So you have obviously your cable machine, and then you have the smith to do any form of presses, especially if you have a bench here that's adjustable.

So you can do any sort of shoulder press and chest press. You can get the bench out and do your squats and deadlifts. So overall it's if you're looking for one piece and you don't have a ton of space, it's a very versatile piece of equipment and honestly, I think it's the best bang for your buck.
