Just plug in your own tablet or smartphone (not included) into the treadmill, and allow your trainer to automatically adjust your speed and incline so you get the most out of every workout. With OneTouch controls, you can quickly adjust the incline to 10 percent and the speed to 10 mph (about 16 km/h). Your personal trainer will automatically adapt your workout to mimic real-world terrain.
