AmStaff Fitness Puzzle Taekwondo Mats are great for all different types of stand-up martial arts, such as Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing - and even fitness rooms! Each individual mat comes standard with a textured surface to help with added grip and surety and features an anti-skid bottom for stability. The textured surface offers superior traction compared to hardwood floor to help with difficult poses (yoga), dancing and athletic routines. It can be easily wiped clean making it hassle free to keep the studio fresh and tidy everyday.

This floor requires zero prep work, and is very easy to install. It simply is laid over top of any subfloor, and requires no adhesive. It just has to be cut into place.

The full 1" thickness provides firm, sure-footed support for stepping and kicking drills, yet absorbs shock for jumping, controlled takedowns, and falls.
